Social Security, now must pay,
Pay they will, with monthly checks,
Rockin’ chair money, waitin’ to be spent.
Sixty-Two years, by the Grace of God,
Sixty-two years, this Norske has trod,
Sixty-two years, has done gone by,
May God watch over, this Brother of mine.
Happy Birthday David, what a wonderful day,
At Lake Shetek, we came to stay,
Had a wonderful supper, a fireside chat,
Played Ten-Thousand after that.
I love you Brother, as you well know,
This Birthday prayer, I will share now,
God bless you at, retirement age,
May He keep you near Him, all your days.
